1. WHEN DO I PAY?
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 25% of the price is required and the balance will be due 6 weeks before you travel.
2. IS YOUR HOME AIR-CONDITIONED?
Yes the home is air-conditioned. This works better when all doors and windows are kept closed (see point 15 of Terms and Conditions)
3. DOES YOUR HOME HAVE TV'S AND DVD'S?
The home has a TV/Video combi in each bedroom and in the Family Room there is a large TV and DVD player.
4. I HAVE A BABY, WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide 2 babybeds, high chair and stair fences, please se pictures, all included in the price (more can be provided if needed for an extra charge).
5. IS YOUR HOME SUITABLE FOR WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS?
The layout of our home is so that anybody in a wheel chair can sleep in the Master Bedroom which is located on the ground floor. This is complete with bathroom which has shower cubicle, bath and WC.
Access to the pool area is through the patio doors on the ground floor.
6. WHO DO I CALL IF I NEED ANYTHING? 
You can contact the Management Company 24 hours a day.
7. HOW FAR ARE THE BEACHES?
Daytona beach is only about 90 minutes drive away on the East coast and Clearwater is about the same distance to the West.
8. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE POOL & LAWN?
You don't have to the Management Company take care of all the property requirements.
9. IS DAILY HOUSEKEEPING AVAILABLE?
The villa is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart.
10. DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
Yes we do. We have a washing machine and dryer in the utility area of the villa. Also provided is an iron and ironing board for you convenience.
11. WHICH DIRECTION DOES THE POOL FACE?
The pool is South facing.
12. DO WE NEED BED LINEN/TOWELS ETC?
The villa has an extensive supply of linen and towels - these should be washed as you leave the villa.
13. DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN?
We provide a Playstation 2, pool table (for kids of all ages), table fussball and a dartboard to keep them busy as well as the pool.
14. ARE THERE ANY STORES NEARBY?
We are only 5 minutes drive from the 24hour Walmart store for all your grocery needs. If it's clothing you require then Florida Mall and Beltz Factory Outlet are only a short drive away.
15. ARE THERE MANY RESTAURANTS NEARBY?
Just 5 minutes drive away you will find Highway 192 which has any type of restaurant you could wish for.
16. ARE THERE ANY MEDICAL SERVICES NEARBY?
There is a 24hour Drug Store/Chemist on the 192.
17. HOW CLOSE IS YOUR HOME TO THE PARKS?
We are about 10 minutes from the Disney parks and 20/25 minutes from Seaworld/Universal Studios.
18. HOW CLOSE IS YOUR HOME TO ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
The journey from the airport would normally take between 35 and 45 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day.
19. I HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN, WILL THEY BE SAFE AROUND THE POOL AREA?
We have a mesh fence around the pool and this should be closed at all times when you aren't using the pool. This is your responsibility, we can provide this, but it doesn't replace Adult Supervision only you can do this.
20. WHAT ELSE IS PROVIDED IN YOUR HOME?
We provide an array of items for your convenience these include pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, microwave, linen, towels, and hairdryers.
